Refund Policy

This policy applies to Framlit subscriptions and credit top-ups purchased through Paddle checkout.
Refund eligibility
We offer a full refund when all of the following are true:
- The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- No credits from the subscription period or purchased top-up have been used.
- The account has not violated the Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
Monthly plans can be canceled from your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund is approved.
Credit top-ups
Top-up purchases are refundable only when none of the purchased credits have been used. Purchased credits are added to your Framlit account after Paddle confirmation.
Not eligible for refund
- Requests made after 7 days.
- Purchases where any credits have already been used.
- Partial refunds for consumed credits, Claude API usage, Lambda renders, or other AI generation costs.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse or Terms violations.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
How to request a refund
Email support
Send the account email, purchase date, and Paddle receipt or transaction reference if available.
Usage review
We check the purchase date, credit usage, account status, and whether the request meets this policy.
Paddle processing
Approved refunds are issued through Paddle. Your bank or card provider controls final settlement timing.
Paddle checkout
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through Framlit checkout. Paddle may apply its buyer terms, tax handling, payment checks, and refund processing rules to the transaction.
