At Framlit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines how refunds are handled for our subscription plans and credit purchases.
π³Subscription Plans
Free Plan (Hobby)
Start with our free Hobby plan to try Framlit before upgrading. No credit card required. When you're ready, upgrade to Pro or Team for more credits and features.
Cancellation Policy
- βCancel anytime from your Profile page
- βIf you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- βYour credits are preserved even after cancellation
- βFull refund available within 14 days of initial subscription if you have not used more than 20% of your monthly credits
Partial Refunds
If you have used more than 20% of your monthly credits, we may offer a prorated refund based on your remaining unused credits. Contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
πCredit Top-up Purchases
Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. However, we understand that mistakes happen:
- βIf you accidentally purchased credits, contact us within 24 hours and we'll process a full refund (if credits are unused)
- βTechnical issues preventing credit use will be resolved or refunded

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

- β’PayPal: 3-5 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
β οΈNon-Refundable Cases
- βSubscription refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- βAccounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- βCredit top-ups where credits have already been used
- βPremium template purchases (one-time purchases are final)
