We believe in simple, generous limits. The Pro plan's 500 AI generations and Team plan's 2,000 AI generations are designed to cover the workflow of even the most active daily creators.
If you happen to exceed your limit, we won't cut you off immediately. We'll alert you and offer options to top-up or upgrade. We monitor for automated abuse to keep the platform fast for everyone.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Your projects and credits are preserved. After your billing period ends, you'll switch to the free Hobby plan with 50 credits/month. MP4 exports remain free on all plans.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. However, top-up credits you purchase never expire and remain in your account until used.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! Full refunds are available within 7 days of any purchase — but only if zero credits have been used. One simple rule for both subscriptions and credit top-ups. See our refund policy for details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, the difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
